I recently experienced the Happy Life Signature Reset! For thirty mins, I feel like it is reasonably priced and definitely worth the money! It was very relaxing and I felt very rejuvenated afterwards! Since it was only thirty mins, I also didn’t feel like it hindered any part of my day, I literally went in while running errands and just picked right back up where I left off! Highly recommend!
Amazing! I got the signature reset. I run pretty high anxiety, am a new dad who doesn’t sleep much, and is someone who is always going. This was probably the first I have sank into deep relaxation in years. I had actually forgotten what relaxation felt like, and I’m sure my nervous system suffers because of it. This was exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend!
