As it is possible that all the Doctors in turn go to break at the same time ... That is a stupidity, who remains as responsible in case of presenting an Emergency as in my case

Totalmente decepcionada pues ya no te atienden como antes los doctores dejan mucho que desear lo único aceptable son las enfermeras y las recepcionistas muy amables en cuestión médica desepciomada

Appointment was at 10:30am. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Was told they did not have the immunizations my son needed as they rarely see "private insurance". Waited in a room until 11:50am and decided just to leave. I contacted the office manager who was kind, but vaguely indifferent.

My daughter saw a PA under Dr. Carraczo at Happy Kids for six months. He completely ignored ALL of the heart failure symptoms my daughter presented with & cost her months of unnecessary heart trauma & scarring from failing to diagnose her earlier. Thankfully I brought her to a good pediatrician who saved her life, as she required immediate open heart surgery. I never met a group of assistance that are so lazy every time i go for a WELL visit (office on Main Street ) my kids get sick ..plus there are long wait times (over an hour) the waiting room in the last year has been OVER crowded. .. when I go to urgent care my kids don't EVER GET SICK.... Maybe because the office has been cleaned ever hour.. At happy kids the office NEVER smells like it has been clean please start having people clean the waiting rooms and rooms children go into..I love the doctors!! However DON'T LOVE WHEN ... read more

Me siento decepciona, ya que me dejan con la angustia de no darme los resultados de los examenes de laboratorio de mi hija, me hablaron que salio algo mal, voy y no me quicieron decir a mi que soy su madre quieren que mi niña regrece de sus vacaciones solo para medirla y pesarla para cobrarle a su aseguranza que decepcion... Pero ya esta reportado a su aseguranza y me cambio de pediatra...
