Good food, great service & fun time
One of the best restaurants in Aledo, Happy Joe's pizza is a great place for families and friends. Buffet on Sundays and Wednesdays, arcade, awesome pizza. Yes, a little expensive, there is a Happy Joe's Club where you can get coupons online, but the best taco pizza around and friendly service. They also are charitable to the local schools with reading and fundraiser rewards, and offer a song & free sundae for the birthday person to celebrate.
Great food! Great service! Great location! Love the variety. Glutton free pizza, thick and thin crust are great options for our staff. No one can make a Taco Pizza like they can!
Ordered take out. 2 sandwiches 1 wings. The bread on sandwiches was so hard it was inedible. The wings must have been boiled. Gross. Pretty regular customer for pizza but will never order anything else from them. No pride in food.

Sadly we are not going to purchase another pizza from here! Two pizza's in a course of a week and and a half burnt! For the price we paid, completely ridiculous! My husband stopped next day to talk to manager about experience, first thing person in charge said was can't do anything about this, my husband said i didn't come here for anything just to let you no we are done here! Sad that no one cares about product anymore just money! If i had to rate without being prompted it would be 1/2!
So very upset. We have ordered from here many of times. Haven't ordered in awhile so tonight we ordered large half taco half sausage with extra sausage and order of BBQ wings. Was 20 minutes late and cold. Called back told the manager and she argued that it left on time when the delivery driver said she left without my order then she couldn't find me. Went next door to bar to find me
Poor customer service. Ordered delivery and soda was almost 9 months past sell date and flat. They offered to give me the same dated soda again to replace the original. The nasally sounding employee told me sternly "ma'am the date on the soda was only an indicated sell by date not a freshness date". I let him know the fact that the soda was flat upon opening it was a good indicator it was not fresh. He continued to offer me the expired soda. I requested a refund. Pizza good, customer service and soda are two thumbs down.
Smoking in the back, making people wait almost a half hour to pay and get food...never go to Galena IL happy joes!!!
