Happy Joe's taco pizza was amazing as always! Don't have one on the south side of Des Moines so I go out of my way to have it. Can't wait to do this again

Pizza is great. Every single time I order pizza for delivery, it takes AT LEAST 45 minutes after my quoted time. And, every single time I call I am told that they 'are behind' and 'someone should have called me.' Today, I intentionally ordered online TWO HOURS ahead knowing it would be late, per usual. 45 minutes after the pizza was to be delivered, it arrived and was freezing cold.
