You guys lost a loyal customer tonight. I ordered a pizza online tonight and it never showed up even though I was charged for it. When I talked to the manager it is apparently my fault because they didn't receive an order on their end. I tried repeatedly to give her the order number I was emailed in my confirmation email from their online system but she wasn't interested. So now I paying for a pizza I didn't even receive and it my fault somehow.
