Normally we have a good experience but last Saturday after ordering the jack-o-lantern pizza and getting it delivered it was terrible. It looked nothing close to the picture they advertised and the quality of it was also very poor.

ordered 2 small pizzas and both came with no sauce. also tried to use a $10 birthday gift card by scanning the code on the card which took me to order on the website. when the discount wasn't applied I called and was told it's only good if you order over the phone. screwed 3 times on a simple $30 order.

I was so disappointed! We visited Happy Joes yesterday and was the worst experience! We ordered the buffet……..3 adults, one child, $42.00. The buffet was horrible, the pizza was old & cold and the crust was so tough it couldn’t be chewed, and the soda fountain was out of CO2 and no one there knew how to change it because it had a different top. My husband and I came and both got a menu and Sat down and our menus both said different prices so I go up and order a medium taco pizza and my total comes to be 23.73 for a MEDIUM pizza. I showed them my menu and that the price was different and got a “Oh that’s an old menu that didn’t get switched out” at that point I had a line behind me but wanted my money back and to just leave. BLT had no bacon just chunks of ham and waaay too much mayo, tasting awful...the Taco Pizza used to be good, the quality has gone down hill, hardly edible. Approx. $50 for 2 pizzas that arent worth $10 a pizza. Back to the Hut for us. Happy Joes is a big joke.
