Food is phenomenal! Staff is great, knowledgeable, accommodating. Loved being able to watch them create all the dishes with passion and precision. So worth a trip. Can’t wait to go back.
The food is great and the service is good depending on how busy they are. But your patience will pay off.
I’ve been waiting for an order to go for 40 minutes. I think my pizza just got put into the oven. No concern for the fact that I’ve been staring them down for over 30 minutes. Will I get an apology when they hand me my order? I doubt it. Bad service.
My family LOVES eating at Happy Italian. Every choice we’ve tried has been delicious! Butternut squash pizza sauce, wedding soup, daily specials, perfect alfredo, and adding peas to pizza are just a some of our faves. The family ambiance and kind staff top it off. Don’t forget to try the homemade desserts- the carrot cake and cannolis are our faves!
Whatever you do, do not try to get a gift card from this place. You will be standing around close to 10 minutes completely ignored. I don't think any of the servers even looked at me. It's like I wasn't even there.
bad attention a man named Lenny, who works in the place came out and started yelling at us in a bad mood because we had moved some tables and chairs. It is worth mentioning that the food is very delicious but the disappointing treatment.
