Went there about a month ago and it was the best $25 massage. I thought it was mainly a foot massage but it is whole body.
I was very satisfied with the massage session. They put your feet in a hot tub of water while you lay down and they work on your head, neck and arms. Then she moved to my feet and lower legs. She finished by having me turn on my stomach and worked on my back with oil. Then I went to pay and they charged me $40. I'd expected to be charged $25 since is says the cost is $25 for a full hour and I'd been there for just under 60 minutes.... I went to this spa and customer service was terrible. I tried to redeem a gift card and the manager told me it wasn't valid because he had purchased the establishment from the previous owner. Even though there was no expiration date on the gift card he still wouldn't honor it. On top of that he was very rude about it and didn't even attempt to resolve the issue for the customer. I will never return nor recommend this spa.
