Unfortunately I used this company to do an inspection before purchasing my home. Now 3 1/2 years in to ownership I have replace two appliances, air-conditioning system, the main breaker and am now dealing with have to replumb the entire house. He should have told me there were problems with copper pipes in these he's apparently not very proficient in this line of work!
This a wonderful affordable inspection company. The owners are both friendly and professional and arrived on time. Our inspector was Ken, who is the owner of Happy Home Inspections. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the inspection step by step. Over the years my husband and I have bought 5 different houses but this by far was the best inspection.
