This place is an entire disaster, some bathrooms won’t work in a few apartments, the rent is crazy and overall sucks, the water here is gud
Do not rent from them! They don't fix nothing when asked, mold in the apartments, and they will evict you and charge you for things that aren't even wrong or for things that were to be fixed over a year ago. I turned my paperwork in when I got a job and they took months to get my rent together then tried charging me back rent bc they don't no what they are doing. Then wouldn't take payments from me for what was owed. Now they are trying to give me an 8200 bill. They are a joke!
Not a place I would want to live, or recommend.
