Not only are the front desk women absolutely kind and informative (I remember one was Megan) but the owner was also so sweet and kind as well. Obviously knew what she was doing and explained it so well. I couldn't recommend this place more I feel safe and happy here:) All ages clearly welcomed. Happy calm environment with calm music as well! 1000/10:) thank you all for such a good and relaxing experience for someone with Autism!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Lucinda Batta is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your hearing health. I never feel like she is rushing through the appointment and she thoroughly listens to my concerns. This was not an easy transition for me but Dr. Batta was so supportive through the entire process. Her positivity is absolutely contagious!
I walked into the clinic and immediately felt the warmth and care from the ladies. The clinic itself also has a calm and welcoming environment! They helped me with my hearing issues and what I thought was a hopeless situation! I’m very happy with my experience with them and will definitely recommend them the everyone I know who may need help with hearing.
I went to see Lucinda to have my hearing checked because I was having issues with hearing in large crowds or even in restaurants. They were not only professional; they also made you feel like family. Please check these folks out; you won’t regret it.
Dr. Batta is such a wonderful health care provider. She listens carefully to understand the 0ituation and then prescribes the best course of action to help the patient's life improve. She is NOT just another hearing aid salesman hiding behind a white lab coat.
