This was the most amazing massage. I'm a deep tissue fan so that they get to the deep muscles that hurt and she rocked those muscles. I so look forward to my next round to keep addressing my aches and pains. Shantee is also the sweetest thing in the world and tells you about what she is going to do next.
I've being going to Shantee weekly during my 5 week running training block in Colorado. Shantee is professional, super knowledgeable and great at helping my body recover from training. Her space is bright and welcoming, very comfortable. Moving forward, anytime I'm in Colorado I'll go to Shantee for my athletic recovery. I'm grateful that I found her business. 10/10.
During my time with Shantee we focused on dropping in to the session and getting out of my head/getting into the body. Trying to relax or not be consumed by thoughts while receiving the service was difficult especially during the first session. However, by the second session it became alot easier. I felt lighter and brighter! I am looking forward to future sessions.
Shantee is wonderful. She really understands what she is doing and focuses on my problem areas (including the areas that impact them). Not to mention his kindness and approachability. Will return!!!
I have been going to Shantee for over a year now and she is truly a miracle worker. Some days I go in and don’t even feel sore- but she finds what I need and is truly MAGIC. I have gotten numerous gift cards for friends and family because I want everyone to experience what she can do! If you need a massage therapist- go to SHANTEE!!
