Just a wonderful experience every time I go into the clinic. The staff is very attentive and compassionate. I just love that they take a root cause approach in looking at all different ways to better my overall health. What a tremendous team I have to help me on this journey!

I scheduled an appointment and gave all the information they needed. Time passes and I am getting texted not even called for my insurance again and if I don’t respond my appointment would be cancelled. I responded back with a couple questions but instead of actually helping they are just constantly asking if I’m going to keep this appointment. More than 3 times they kept asking and so I felt unheard and pushed and not actually heard so then I cancelled it.

They are reassuring, attentive, and they listen. They hear me out. I finally found a primary care provider who is worth the difficulty and cost of managing my health. I have had terrible experiences with medical professionals from other practices blowing off my concerns until I get hospitalized and then disabled by my illness.
