My husband has ordered flowers from Happy Flowers for 8 years. Ever time they are beautiful... UNTIL THIS YEAR. When they arrived from a distance they were beautiful, but as soon as I got within 10 ft, there was an overwhelming smell spray paint. Upon inspection they were clearly spray painted. The painted flowers were wilted and old. The next day they sent a replacement arrangement that looked like it was thrown together with dumpster flowers. Broken flowers, and cheap. I was in tears.
