This is my honest review and personal experience based on my recent visit on July 6, 2025. It began with a phone call at approximately 6 p.m. to Happy Feet Spa (6596 El Cajon Blvd.). The person (lady) who answered the phone didn’t come off as rude but seemed unmotivated to schedule us (my wife and I) as we wanted a couples massage. They told us to add more to their tip… they said the tip wasn’t enough. Service wasn’t even that amazing.

I loved going twice a month, but these last 2 visits weren't great. Tonight, I went for a visit and I came to find out that they are under a new owner. There was only one lady doing massages, and every time someone came or called, she would stop and leave the room. The constant stopping and leaving the room ruined the vibe. Everyone from the old employees are gone. Sad to say it's time to look for a new place.

This is difficult for me because I really loved this place I'm a regular have been here so many times, but today's visit hit differently. Let's start at I'm in remission from breast cancer, and explained to my masseuse that I only required gentle, light massage. It was the complete opposite of that. She was giving me deep tissue used for a defensive line backer for the NFL!
