My husband and I ordered custom orthotics from Heiner Kiessling owner at Happy Feet Foot Care Centre in Oshawa on April 27th and paid $1,200 in full by credit card. We were told it would take 6 - 8 weeks and that they should arrive by the end of June. We called mid July and he just said they are not here yet and was unable to tell us when they would arrive. Heiner is the best at caring for feet! That’s why I drive for an hr to see him and my feet gets very happy at “Happy feet”!

My son went on his own since he is a young adult. He’s not been through the administrative process before regarding with the benefits submission. He was not provided a receipt. I reached out and it was explained that it will be sent to the insurance companies. However we needed to get a prescription. We got the prescription. I paid for the product but then I have been ghosted. No receipt, nothing was submitted to insurance and no returning of phone calls. I am updating my previous review from 1 star to 4 stars; I have received my orthotics and their custom make fits my feet very well. The material is high quality and the owner went to great lengths to resolve issues I experienced. I believe communication is an area that could be improved, but this has been a learning experience for all parties involved. I am quite satisfied with the end product I received!
