We had the Happy Earth team out for the first time this week and they did a fantastic job. It was so nice to come home to a clean house that I didn’t have to clean! There was great attention to detail and we love they use pet safe products!
Happy Earth did a great job with our requested one-time clean! They had a thorough consultation, sent a very clear estimate of time per task and total cost, were easy to schedule with, and completed the cleaning beautifully. I also appreciate that they use non-toxic cleaning supplies so I don’t have to worry about exposure to my cats or during my pregnancy. Would recommend!
I just had my first cleaning with Happy Earth and it was from front to back a wonderful experience. There was a very thorough video tour of my apartment, conducted by Harley, who was very professional and proactive in offering the cleaning services that their team would be able to do. Just had my first cleaning. First, I love that they send two cleaners which cuts the cleaning time in half. They communicated well prior to the cleaning, arrived on time, and were extremely friendly while remaining professional. Most impressively, they did such a good job preparing (a video call interview and run through of the house) and asking question when they got here that they didn’t need to touch base with me at all during the clean.
