They are using the same bulk oil in all vehicles gas and diesel. This is wrong then the owner wants to bring it back to let them redo it. Why would I trust you again.

I had several items stolen out of my car when getting it detailed. Also when i brought my car back up there for smelling horrible the head guy said “there’s nothing i can do”. Cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty upset about my last two visits here. I have a very expensive vehicle , that I worked very hard to get, I like to keep it clean but don’t want it going through the wash machine (they can be rough on cars) so this place was perfect as they offer hand washes. When I went in today for a wash, it was busy and I waited in line for roughly 20-25 minutes. Their machine broke my rear wiper on my truck! I asked them to look at the cameras because it was not broken before! He complained that my vehicle was soo muddy! Thats why i was there, to get it cleaned. Before it went through the wash i saw him through the window griping and throwing his hands up because my truck was muddy when he was pressure washing it. My sister took her vehicle in to be cleaned, yes she lives in the country down dirt roads so yes it was dirty. Isn’t that why you go to a car wash is to have it cleaned? The guy cleaning it was screaming and complaining about how dirty the outside was, isn’t it his job to clean vehicles?
