Our first (and ONLY) time there... walked in and sign said ‘seat yourself’. We did. About 15 minutes later, the lady behind the register asked us what we wanted to drink. A few minutes later a party of 3 came in and the waitress brought them menus in just a couple of minutes, still didn’t acknowledge us. The lady from behind the register brought our drinks and menus. We waited about another 10 minutes, no one ever came back. We got up and left. There were about 5-7 tables taken, so I would say they were not that busy.
Yes everybody there is very nice! I have been there many times from Bridgeport, WV
The place was packed due to a private party and the Summerfest crowd, but our party of 5 got a table immediately. Service was very prompt, wait staff was very polite and friendly, the food was excellent! Definitely will be back. PS: the pimento cheese is phenomenal
