I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to any medical procedure. Could not recommend Dr Matt enough and I drove over an hour and do not regret it.
Great experience. Was quick, easy, and painless, just very awkward as a male 😂 . Dr Matt explained and talked thru the procedure and I felt very much at ease. 10/10 experience
I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. The front desk greeted me and got me in almost right away. Dr Matt came and met with me, asked if I had any questions and what music I liked. The procedure was very easy. The nitrous really helped me relax. It was over before I really knew it. Dr Matt said he thinks it was his first time doing the procedure while listening to dubstep (EDM). Was sent home with a care package with ibuprofen and Tylenol, soap, ointment and a bag of peas for the ride home as well as a mail in tes... read more
The staff here were absolutely incredible! The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming when we first walked in. She greeted us on our way in and on our way out. Walked into the room and everything was set up and ready to go. I was able to be in there with my husband during the procedure. The whole process was less than a half hour. He lets you pick out the music and walks you through the whole process. He’s been doing these for close to 20 years and he knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!
All I can say is I can't belive how smooth everything went. I was worried sick for months about getting this done. But I now know there's nothing to worry about. I did get the gas. So I highly recommend the gas. The receptionist and the doctor were just awesome Great attitudes. Very quick. In and out. Doctor even reached out to me the next day to see how I was doing. Thank you happy dad's. You did a great job.
