I got my acrylics done today. And I was so disappointed because Nail Tech over filled my nails and Since then i was feeling inflammation and pain. Also nail paint was applied unevenly.
Do NOT go to this place. I have gone for years to them and their customer service and quality keeps going down. They constantly communicate in their language around clients laughing while looking at you. But that isn’t the the issue. Their quality of biogel is bad. Nails tend to fall lately within a week. Or they do it so thick it’s extra layers. They rush you so you can’t give feedback. Worse is on three different occasions I have had my skin cut during pedicure. T was my nail tech today, she’s done a beautiful job. About 2 weeks ago I went to a home based girl and she messed up my nails quite bad and they popped off literally on my vacation. So i decided to come here to get something better I was so upset. But T helped me have a prettier hand. I promise you I’m actually so happy I even got her to take a pic for me so I can post it on the gram. She was also super nice.
I came in on Saturday to this location. I originally live about 2 hours away. I came in requesting to get a full set acrylic done, I showed the employee which set I would like to do and even asked her before hand “can you do this set” she said yes but “we do not carry gold paper here to put on the nail, we don’t specialize in it” at first I said that’s weird because you’re a nail salon?
