We don't see Doctor jina around and this facility is not the same anymore
I’ve been coming to this dentist for 11-12 years I believe. Its been so long— so that should tell you something HOWEVER as a late the customer service/quality has gone down hill. If my appointment time is at 8am there is absolutely no reason the kids are called back at 830+. Unacceptable because had I arrived 30 MINUTES past my appointment time do you think they would have saw my kids? No. They would’ve rescheduled and probably charged me a fee. Super friendly front team they walk my children out explain all the details of what happened and what was our next steps to take
Our 3yr old daughter had to have multiple crowns replaced yesterday. We can’t say enough about how awesome the whole staff there is. They make your kids so comfortable, and it’s a great feeling when they are excited to go to the dentist!
