I can see why this office rating is so low at this office, completely disrespectful. I don't know the lady who answered the phone, but she hung up on me and rejected my attempts to call back. Stay away from this practice, these people are supposed to be in healthcare helping people but sound like they hate their jobs and the people who call in. I love DR like, and the current nurses that's there. BUT THE NEW GIRL THEY HIRED, SHE NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!!! SHE DONT DO HER JOB, SHE IS RUDE, SHE DONT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. SHES ALWAYS PUTTING PEOPLE ON HOLD, WHILE BEING ON HER PHONE. SHE TAKES FOREVER. HAS NO PROPER TRAINING AT ALL. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT KIND OF NURSE SHE IS. SHE HUNG UL ON ME SEVERAL TIMES.
