Our experience with one of the employees was extremely disappointing. He was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional throughout the interaction. Rather than handling the situation calmly or communicating respectfully, he chose to escalate it unnecessarily. The situation became so unreasonable that the police ended up at our front door over something that could have been resolved through a simple conversation. This is a good service. I would rate them 5/5 stars for the service itself, but then when it came time to cancel, it was an inconvenient process. They would not accept an emailed cancellation and insisted that I call. They claimed they’d keep coming despite repeated emails, and when I did finally call (I work long hours and don’t really have time to call businesses and wait on hold over something so trivial), they said it would take 2-3 days to take effect and seemed to imply they’d still come the next day, which is tomorrow... read more
