This is a good service. I would rate them 5/5 stars for the service itself, but then when it came time to cancel, it was an inconvenient process. They would not accept an emailed cancellation and insisted that I call. They claimed they’d keep coming despite repeated emails, and when I did finally call (I work long hours and don’t really have time to call businesses and wait on hold over something so trivial), they said it would take 2-3 days to take effect and seemed to imply they’d still come the next day, which is tomorrow... read more
I’ve been using Happy Bins since 2022, and I finally felt it was time to leave a review! One hot summer day years ago, I went outside to clean my own dirty bins and nearly passed out from the heat. As soon as I went back inside, I started Googling bin cleaning services—and I’m so glad I found Happy Bins. I’ve been a happy customer ever since. They’re reliable, do a great job every time, and it’s one less thing I ever have to worry about. Such a simple service that truly makes life easier. Highly recommend!
Save yourself the headache, especially if you live in an HOA. They won't show up when scheduled, which will cause problems with your HOA (a fineable offense). This has happened multiple times. Trying to cancel the service is also a headache. You cannot do so online but instead have to call which is not only bizarre but a hassle. Customer service is extremely poor as well. Poor communication, poor people skills, and an unwillingness to proactively communicate anything. Grab some bleach and a mop and spend your money elsewhere... read more
