Save yourself the headache, especially if you live in an HOA. They won't show up when scheduled, which will cause problems with your HOA (a fineable offense). This has happened multiple times. Trying to cancel the service is also a headache. You cannot do so online but instead have to call which is not only bizarre but a hassle. Customer service is extremely poor as well. Update - I received a call from Jonathan and Justin for my account. They took full accountability versus trying to make excuses. I’ve changed my review from an emotional response to one that reflects the job they do. ——— The services have been great up until just recently. I moved October 30th and have been trying to get in contact with someone since to have my service address changed. I’ve called, emailed - NO RESPONSE. Can’t even make any changes online. I cannot recommend this company enough! They did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing our trash bins. Not only do the bins look spotless, but they also smell fresh which I didn’t think was even possible! The team was professional, on time, and super friendly. It’s such a relief not having to deal with dirty, smelly bins anymore. Excellent service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my neighbors!

This company is a scam please beware! I scheduled a service for 9/26 and no one showed up to the job. They went to the wrong house and sent me photos of someone else’s bins. Seems like this has happened before if you read earlier reviews. Regardless, I’ve been calling everyday since with no answer and also have emailed. Unfortunately will have to go through my bank to dispute the charge since they also already charged me for the service. Attached are photos of my “happy bins” 😡

They do a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them . My bins are cleaner than ever ! Great customer service from the owner always .
