a good restaurant in Happy belly.
I have had the opportunity to try LOTS of food made by the owner of Happy Belly (Jennifer) over the last few years. Jennifer makes really good healthy food and I highly recommend eating there at least a few times while they are trying new menu items these next few months.
Great food, great people! Oh.. Did I mention the food? ;-) Salmon sandwich was perfect!
Inspiring person=inspiring foods, juices, and everything as a whole. You have to love what you do to do it well, and that sums up Jennifer and Happy Belly as a whole.
