I have eaten in restaurants from Seattle to San Diego, Maine to Miami and in almost every other state in the Union. The Happy Apple Kitchen is my eatery heaven on earth. I love their food (their Chicken-Salad Croissant is good enough to make your tongue lap your brains out) and the service is supreme. If you haven't been their, yo are missing a culinary delight!
Feels like home! My favorite is the Delicious Rueben Sandwich! Such a friendly place with great service & nice neighbors. We also get our farm fresh eggs & produce at the fruit stand next door. If you are visiting the area, or camping nearby at Rollins Lake, here's the place to stop and get your grub on. Don't forget the Apple Pie!
