My daughter got her hair done here today, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and everyone we interacted with was pleasant and kind. The attention to detail was excellent, and her braids came out beautifully. The stylist took her time, made sure she was comfortable, and delivered exactly what we asked for. We will definitely be visiting again.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary attitude. I had a scheduled appointment and called ahead to say I’d be a bit late. I adjusted my time once to accommodate — then they tried to push it again last-minute. When I told them I couldn’t, they told me to still come at the first revised time. THE PLACE WAS A NICE PLACE TO GO TO THE WORKERS THEY SPEAK IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE WHEN THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE AND THAT'S NOT NICE. AND SOME OF THEM THINK THAT EVERYBODY DON'T UNDERSTAND THEM WHEN THEY'RE SPEAKING IN THEIR NATIVE TONGUE BUT I UNDERSTOOD A LOT WHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND I SPOKE UP ABOUT IT AND THEY GET VERY ANGRY WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND THEM. BUT THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK
