The Asian population on Staten Island has been growing over the years. I'm happy that Dr. Grace Ooi spotted the growing trend & decided to open a branch in Staten Island. I chose her as my child's pediatrician because I have the flexibility of switching between English & Cantonese when communicating with the Dr/office. I did contemplate on switching PCP during my 2nd to last visit because the office was packed, the wait was extremely long & the actual visit was short & felt rushed.
