I came here a couple weeks ago for the first time, just walked in because it was a nearby nail place when I was running errands. The lady who helped me was so nice! She sat me right down as a walk in and worked with me to do a gel manicure set for cat eye silver nails. The whole process took only 30 min max, and they came out looking so good! Terrible customer service. I got wax service from here. Lady who was doing wax, treated me very badly . She was very unorganized and showing her anger as if she is doing it for free. I paid 150$ .that's what they asked me. She almost rip off my skin. I would never go there again. Highly unsatisfied .
