Had appointment at 11a with Lynn, I was on time but she was with another customer. Someone else started on my feet, it was 12:30 before she started on my nails. Still had my eye lashes to do. I spend 3 1/2 hours 273.00 later. Was told to come back in 2 weeks to check eye lashes , was going back per Lynn but after talking to her , I was told about another charge to check them.. which I was never told she charged for a follow up , just make appointment in 2 weeks .
