I've been going here for years. I will admit, my past experiences have not been great, however, I was just about to switch until Natalie King has started seeing my 3 kids. She is very knowledgeable, patient and takes time to discuss all concerns and provide education and resources. While remaining professional and offering her best recommendations and advice, she respects my wishes as a parent and does not pressure patients. This place is nothing but liars. I lost my insurance temporarily and had to use their services. Before I booked an appointment I called and asked about a very specific medication. They informed me I could get it there. When I arrived they told me I would have to sign up as a new patient to receive it. That was not a problem. I scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks away and they said I could get a 2 week supply. Waited multiple days with calling (they don't answer) and even going down in person. They take more patience on, then they can handle the doctors. They worked them up pretty fast, but it takes a while for the doctors to come in the room by you ever since the doctor I liked resigned. I felt like the place was falling apart. They messed up on paperwork for schools that I had to come three times in one day. I do not recommend for doctors offices.
