Great shop This is a great shop for natural and holistic pet foods! The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always have what I am looking for in stock too!
Service! This place is wonderful! I went in with a specific problem--to find an egg free dog food. My little boy has severe egg allergies. The gentleman there went out of his way to make sure he looked online, made calls, etc. to help find an egg free food. Service like this is hard to find these days--you won't be disappointed if you go to Hap E Dog!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Exceptional customer service and trust is what keeps me so loyal to this store. The owner is always present and the staff is very knowledgeable of their products. My three dogs are my children and every time I take them in for grooming I know I don't have to worry about them because they're in great hands. Love the organic products too!
Lots of great treats! There were a lot of options for great foods for both cats and dogs. Healthy treats and grooming services. I would recommend them for quality food for your furry!
This place is the best! I was feeding my dog Nutro and saw all the recall stuff in the news. I went in for some information on what I should be feeding my dog. The owner spent over twenty minutes with me talking about all the different natural foods. She ended up recommending Canidae, (which wasn't the most expensive in the store) based on what I told her about my dog. She told me she was in this business just for the dogs. Love everything about this one stop shop while my fur baby gets groomed. The employee's are friendly everyone is always smiling.
We love Lindi and Yvonne! They are genuinely good people and will do the best to take of you and your baby. We just wish the store was closer to us.
This happend to our amazing pups. Be careful who grooms your babies. We had been using our groomer for a long time and had plenty of awesome experiences until we didn't. So so sad. This happend a few months ago but I am taking them to get groomed today after this traumatic experience I am having lots of emotions taking them in. Today they will go to my moms groomer. Say a prayer they are not to afraid of the groomer. Look at the comments for my pics of what happened
