Professional & thorough
I was frightened of the biopsy but the doctor calmed my fears.
Couldn't be happier with the care provided
Dr. Hao Nguyen is very talented, educated and experienced physician. He made sure to explain the procedure in detail and listened to my concerns. During the procedure he was paying attention to me to make sure that I am comfortable. When I expressed little pain, he made sure to provide additional Lidocaine to ease the pain level. Pain I experienced was less than the pain I experienced during a root canal work!
I was in good hands
Our conversation mainly concerned logistics and details we didn't really get into the discussions about treatment. We agreed that I will travel to San Francisco to meet him in person for that discussion.
