I have no problems love my Dr Mingi he listens and understands. Great bedside manners
This morning my husband drove from Hemet to lake elsinore for a morning appointment. Low and behold the office as usual lacks it's ability to complete a task. My husband was told that ROSIE forgot to cancel his appointment. I am beyond furious, we have had problems having his information corrected, giving Dr. msgs concerning medications, making an appointment is impossible when calling the appointment line, receptionist's tell us to come back in person to make appointments. That is out of our way and inconsiderate from there... read more
