After another plumbing company cut holes in my walls and failed to simply unclog a sink and billed me over $1100 , I cried literally. I then called Hanwell plumbing. Robin kindly gave me a quote and sent Brian to successfully unclog my sink. Thank you Hanwell Plumbing! I highly recommend you to anyone

We have called Robin a few times now in regards to our well. The first issue was fixed quickly. He has since walked us through what we need to do without coming out and charging. Going forward, we will continue to use Hanwell plumbing because of his great customer service and in our case, fixes that we can do ourselves.

I'm so happy with the service and professionalism of Hanwell Plumbing. Twice I've called them in a real bind and both times, I've had a plumber at my house within the hour. Robin and his team are efficient and knowledgeable, and were patient answering my questions and walking me through their solutions. Robin was clear in providing his estimate and I found the costs to be fair for the work provided. I am happy to recommend this Peterborough small business!

While our upstairs bathroom was being renovated, we used our basement facilities until the sewage tank / pump to our (upstairs) septic tank / bed, died of old age. I called Robin on Friday and the repair was completed by Tuesday noon. About 4 hours of labour, a new pump and a new lid to the tank. A few days earlier we got an estimate from a different plumber. Price to install hot water heater ended up being less than they originally quoted. They always answer the phone and were quick to get the job done.
