I LOVE my new carpet! Heather was easy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful when making our selection. This company did everything they said they would do and more. The product and service is great for the money!!
Worst company. Sold me the most Expensive carpet they could and then did some Sort of switch and bare as 4 years later - and we hardly use - stains do not come out like promised - they gave me a cheaper carpet for a super expensive. Also very rude installation company that kept smoking even though I told them not to.
If you want flooring of any kind don't go here, they will not even acknowledge your presence in their establishment.
I was very pleased with the price, flooring options, and speed of both getting product and getting my install scheduled. Jake, the person who headed up the install team was great to work with. He was very particular and made sure no detail got missed. He also was great at giving me choices and then supporting my decisions about the style of the install.
