Abysmal customer service. The front desk lady is pretty confrontational, and while I was waiting, I also listened to her raise her voice with a customer over the phone. This place loves to quote you for work that doesn’t actually need to be done, while also quoting the most expensive parts options. They seriously don’t give a damn about you and are only in it to profit off of unsuspecting people. I highly recommend you go elsewhere !!!
Had to bring my truck in and waiting a year for the new motor from the manufacturer. The team at Hanson was awesome and they helped me out along the way. The team from the front of the shop and back of the shop where professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. It was a long road to get the truck to where it is today. Its nice to have a place I can trust. If I have a problem that I can't figure out or need to get fixed. I have pro to shop I can count on. Fantastic mechanic! Choose the shop because of great ratings, proximity to my house and the stock pot cafe. I bought a used car a week ago and they checked it over for me, told me honestly what was wrong with it, gave me options and good price points. I’ll definitely come back :)
