well i had phoned and talked to a lori woman prior to bringing my truck in for a front end inspection. so made appointment, and on the day to arrive i walked in ther shop saw a woman behind the desk. i announced who i was ...to no reply... after 5 or so minutes she asked for the key to my truck...the mood was not at all pleasant, just then a mechanic walked in and she asked if the other vehicle was off the hoist..to which he replied no and not for some time, to that i stated i may find some other shop and walked out.hey is t... read more
I called Hanson's to see if they could do A/C work on my vehicle. Gave them background information on the phone including the fact that I used a recharge kit, then they confirmed they could help with that and booked me in. Dropped my car off - they called back later and they stated that they could not perform the work because their machine is not able to handle the recharge kit refrigerant. Then they charged me $100 to tell me this. This could have all been avoided if you just stated this up front over the phone. A simple "n... read more
Abysmal customer service. The front desk lady is pretty confrontational, and while I was waiting, I also listened to her raise her voice with a customer over the phone. This place loves to quote you for work that doesn’t actually need to be done, while also quoting the most expensive parts options. They seriously don’t give a damn about you and are only in it to profit off of unsuspecting people. I highly recommend you go elsewhere !!!
Had to bring my truck in and waiting a year for the new motor from the manufacturer. The team at Hanson was awesome and they helped me out along the way. The team from the front of the shop and back of the shop where professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. It was a long road to get the truck to where it is today. Its nice to have a place I can trust. If I have a problem that I can't figure out or need to get fixed. I have pro to shop I can count on.
