About a year ago, Hanson Rivet helped me repair a small project- they found the rivets I needed the same day of my visit and I was very grateful. A few months ago, I returned for help on a similar project and I had a different salesperson, who was not at all interested in helping me. Thank you to Michelle C. for your hard work. My customer needed 45,000 rivets that none of my primary suppliers had. She was able to help source the part. I sent her the order EDI and she had the warehouse ship it the same day.

I placed an order via mail because the online shop was not showing me the shipping costs. Received a quick answer and placed my order. Did not get a shipping confirmation but the items arrived in time. Talked to Edwin, will happily order again. Thank you

Unless you are a large organization with rivet technology experience, do not use Hanson. I do not have experience with rivet technology and was looking for guidance on the proper rivets and tools to use in restoring a WWII U.S. Navy radio receiver. I left several email messages using their contact link on their website, to which they never responded.
