Do not come to this dealership, they will lie to your face to offload a vehicle onto you and then when that vehicle blows the motor less than 6 months later they will do nothing about it to help you and insist you need to pay for everything out of pocket when there are multiple TSBs for the issue that should cover the motor replacement through the manufacturer. Sitting in my mothers car that she just spent $860 getting the ac repaired, the air doesn't work at all while sitting at traffic light or while waiting in the car while its in park, took it back to them and was told they cant fix that issue!! A KIA dealership with a mechanic shop and they cant fix it!!! I am totally dissatified!!! All they did was recharge and charge for failed labor after me telling them all the issues it had 🤬
My experience with this dealership was unprofessional, misleading, and deeply unethical, and I want others to be aware before doing business here. I found a vehicle online listed at a price that fit my budget. When I called to confirm details, everything seemed fine until I mentioned I had my own financing. I was informed that everything was done on the up and up and that the value of my car was actually $149, not $500.
