The ultimate "shady used car" experience — but on a brand-new car. As seniors My wife & I have bought many cars, but this was hands-down the most regretful car buying experience of our lives. The after sales service is nonexistent. The service manager finds an excuse not to cover any issues. Promises callbacks then doesn't.Â
I recently wrote a very negitave review for Kia Medford. I would like to take that back as there was a phone problem on my end and they coulod not reach me. All the whiloe I thought they were just not calling me back. Not the case. Brandon the service Manager plus one of the service advisors were trying to call me back multiple multiple times.
