I so appreciate how each staff member explains what they are doing and why in terms I can understand. With each successive visit I become better informed as to how I can take a more proactive role in my own dental health. Covid19 preventive protocols are in place in a common sense and reassuring manner. Love Brenner Dental!
I love knowing the Dental practice I choose meets my high standards. I get my appointments in a timely manner, they keep me informed of upcoming schedules. When I am in the chair I am treated with the highest consideration. I feel a part of the team in continuing with my dental health. I will recommend the Brenner Dental Group without any reservations.
I never have to wait long for my appointment. The staff is always very friendly and really take the time to make sure they answer any questions or needs I may have.
My appt. was at 8am. They were very prompt at getting me back and prepped. They let me know everything that they were going to do before the extrations, like the numbing gel before the novacan shots. I highly liked the service. And by no means were in a hurry to get me done and out. I look forward to coming back to this dentist for future visits. Thank You So Much Brenner Dental !!!!!
Dr. Tripp and her staff did a great job doing some dental work on my 5 yr old son. He had a great experience and she explained everything for me and that put my mind at ease. The staff kept checking on him and giving me updates. My son left the office happy after giving out high fives.
The Dentist was very attentive to my comfort. The entire staff is friendly and communicative. Dr Tripp is an excellent Dentist !!
