I made a plan with Hanson & Co in November to file my 2023 taxes along with correcting a previous year's return. I submitted all my files in January. I checked in a few times and they said things were going well and almost ready for review. Toward the end of March they stopped responding to emails and calls, I figured they were just super busy. April 15th came and went. I never got returns from Hanson and never even got an explanation why they blew me off.
I agree with one of the reviews written about this company not tending to us. They were hard to get a hold of, communication was not there. We felt they were unprofessional too. They filed an extension for us without even asking us and we paid a very hefty fine for it. We ate the cost and have since switched and doing much better now. We shouldve switched must sooner instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt.
In 2020 I added multiple new investors to my company and felt extremely overwhelmed about properly setting up our taxes and distributions. James at Hanson & Co made everything simple and easy for us to file. If you’re looking for an honest company that has your best interest in mind, look no further! I’ll be with Hanson & Co for the foreseeable future.
Let me start by saying I never thought I'd be writing a Google review for a CPA firm. But the folks at Hanson & Co. are amazing!
