Questionable billing practices and I would not recommend anyone to use them for your personal taxes. Charged 3x other accountants.
I contacted this Firm to hire them to do our business and personal taxes. Obviously part of hiring a firm Is to ask them simple questions along with how they would recommend you structure your tax plan for different companies. They did not want to answer any questions Without being hired first and would not review any advice from a previous accountant. It sure seems like they don’t need new business. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I made a plan with Hanson & Co in November to file my 2023 taxes along with correcting a previous year's return. I submitted all my files in January. I checked in a few times and they said things were going well and almost ready for review. Toward the end of March they stopped responding to emails and calls, I figured they were just super busy. April 15th came and went. I never got returns from Hanson and never even got an explanation why they blew me off.
