Any clinic with Mark Maurer working there is one in which you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
I like the care we have received, but very unhappy about having to wait for 2 hours after the time of my appointment to be seen! That is not acceptable and very disrespectful of my time. I can see running 15 minutes or so behind but not 2 hours. That is just from poor scheduling and if they have to schedule that way then they have too many clients to take care of. I received urgent care and consultation from Hanson Clinic in the last few weeks and over the holidays. Today, I would not be standing, sitting and walking, if it had not been for their quick action and care surrounding my extruded L5 disc. Thank you Dr. Hanson and Team!!!
Discrinating against veterans. Won't help with nutritional needs. Prescribed dietary supplement couldn't get it filled Needed generic WOULDN'T accommodate. Staff wouldn't help with Medicaid doesn't honor Choice Program when they say they do. You must manage your care. They don't like to help. Nurse practitioner Ms Briggs is the problem. Promises you help. Gives false hope and when you need her assistance she declines. Says you are the problem. The CEO Rick doesn't care. Bad face for a medical clinic. Be wary!!
Im disappointed as I sat in the clinic for an hour waiting to see the dr. And at the last second was told id have to come back later. REALLY? My time is valuable too. Im in so much pain, its hard to climb up and down my stairs let alone get in my car with this mishapen cast. Then to be told id have to do it again in a few hours? Yes dr. Purely a profit center. Helping patients comes second to getting you into every machine they have to pay for them. Need a very basic othoscopic surgery and felt like all I got was the upsell rather than focus on helping me out. I have had several dealings with other surgeons and have never felt like i was being hosed. It is a nice place, just remember how they pay for all that when they want to do a CT scan for your ingrown toenail!
Very lucky to have the Hanson clinic so close to me. A very professional and friendly staff. They've worked me I'm on busy days and I'm emergencies also. Dr. Hanson ( and staff ) have helped friends I've sent there with joint pain and emergency visits. It's long over due having a great clinic like this so close .... Keep up the good work !!!
