Don't bother contacting if you are not a contractor. You aren't big enough for them to care about. Its not about helping people, it about how much I can make! If it isn't enough, you aren't worth their time. Not even willing to try! This was an owner Brad Hansen. I suppose he didn't want to pull over his F550. Just too many important people to help.
I work for a contractor, we needed a few extra pieces of siding I called to see if they had what we needed, Ashley answered the phone, she is kind, polite, and took the time to listen to what we needed. She was helpful and professional. Thank you, great customer service is hard to find these days.
Horrible training, if your trainer doesnt have time to trained get someone that does. Not everyone catching on fast especially when they dont know the industry. Megan u tried it by laughing but what going to happen the laugh will be on YOU!!!
