We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ezra came out to check our carpets and gave us a quote—he was very knowledgeable and professional. Our office in Washington gets a lot of foot traffic, and the carpets really needed a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job! The carpets now look fresh and spotless. They also cleaned the restroom tile, which was dark and dirty from years of use, and now it looks almost brand new! I highly recommend them for all your carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Great service and very professional! They have cleaned all the carpets in our home at different times. Our puppy recently had an accident on our mattress, but Ezra was able to completely remove both the stain and the odor! The cleaning also left our entire bedroom smelling fresh. During the service, Ezra checked in with me to make sure there was no smell left, which showed he really cares about his customers. I scheduled an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. My carpet is light-colored and hadn’t been cleaned since I got it, so there were a few spots that really needed attention. Ezra and Terrence did an amazing job making it look fresh and almost new again. They were friendly and let me know ahead of time when they would arrive. The person who helped me book the appointment was also very helpful and explained clearly what to expect during the cleaning. I’m planning to have them come back for some more cleaning soon.

I might have left a review before, but this carpet cleaning service really deserves another shoutout. They have been cleaning my master bedroom carpet in Washington several times a year, and I appreciate that they are happy to clean just one room without charging extra, even if you don’t have carpet everywhere. The workers, like Melvin and Ezra, are always polite and professional. My carpet always looks great after they’re done, and the owner is quick to answer any questions. The prices are fair.
