Ordered a part that's been "in production" (backordered) for literally months now. Every time I call (sometimes you will sit on hold for 30-45 minutes just to speak to someone), they push the expected delivery date out further. It's obvious they have no modern-day inventory/production system so the information given by the agents is utterly meaningless. Had I known I would be without a shower for literally months now, I would have ordered from a competitor. I would absolutely avoid selecting Hansgrohe products in 2021. The a... read more
800 number doesn't even work. Online "parts" don't have pics. The German web site says parts I do need are not available. No response to email inquiries. "Universal" replacement parts don't work. Plumbing supply places can't get response from their reps. Ironically, I called Grohe first (different company), and their service was awesome. But Hansgrohe is dead to me.
