RecommendedGreat customer service and amazing job on our carpets. We had 3 vacation rentals carpets and couches cleaned. The carpets came out brand new looking. One of them I thought for sure was done for, and we were ready to replace after attempting to shampoo. It came out looking great and will get us through several more years. All of the furniture looks refreshed. Will certainly use this family ran business again. Thanks for saving our floors.
I was lucky to google, find and Facebook message Hansen’s. The next day I take the slot of a cancellation and consequently receive another year or two on an 8 year old carpet. Ross was friendly, genuine and efficient. My carpet looks brand new. I absolutely recommend and will use again!

I saw a friend post on Facebook about these guys and wanted to support a local family business and I’m so glad I did. I thought for sure we were going to have to replace the carpets, but they look brand new! I should have taken before and after photos. I still can’t believe how good he did. He was on time, worked super hard and was so friendly. I can’t recommend this business enough!! AMAZING!!

I am thoroughly impressed with how well my carpets turned out! I thought for sure they were a lost cause and needed replaced, but Ross far exceeded my expectations. He came highly recommended, and I can see why with he friendliness and professionalism.
