I managed to get my van into Hansen's after a long trip back from Boulder, CO, and i'm SO glad it's there! I had trouble starting it in Boulder and a dealer put in a new starter, but on the way back to Madison it kept stalling out, and sometimes not restarting. After a LONG trip back to Maidson I dropped it off in the lot on Memorial Day weekend, with no appointment. Extremely honest and reputable, I've been going there for years and tell people that I highly recommend Jon and his entire team. Just today 5/14/13 I had a speed control sensor go belly up. They were booked solid for the day, but Jon managed to squeeze me in. Just another example of "OutStanding" SERVICE!

I was initially very stressed out about my car troubles, but from the second I called Hansen's to schedule an appointment, the staff did everything in their power to accommodate me. Once arriving at Hansen's, the technicians were very patient and understanding. A classic, great family owned business. Now in its second generation. Quality service that I have relied upon for years. The staff at Hansen's is very trustworthy. I get a square deal every time, with an honest straight forward analysis of the situation, with options that I can afford.
