Leider wurden die offenen Rechnungen bis heute nicht beglichen. Bei der Bestellung eines Wasserfilters kam es zu einer Fehllieferung. Der Inhaber erklärte sich jedoch einverstanden, das gelieferte Produkt zu behalten und den offenen Betrag zu begleichen. Der ursprünglich bestellte Wasserfilter wurde dennoch von uns ordnungsgemäß versendet. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche unsererseits – schriftlich wie auch telefonisch – erhielten wir über einen längeren Zeitraum keine Rückmeldung. SVEN HANSEN THE RIP-OFF ARTIST Sven Hansen deserves zero stars. He had my espresso machine for 3 months, charged me more than $500, and the machine still didn’t work. He refused to honor his written warranty and refused to refund my money. Thankfully, I was able to take my machine to a different repair shop, where they quickly and professionally fixed it for $250.
