SVEN HANSEN THE RIP-OFF ARTIST Sven Hansen deserves zero stars. He had my espresso machine for 3 months, charged me more than $500, and the machine still didn’t work. He refused to honor his written warranty and refused to refund my money. Thankfully, I was able to take my machine to a different repair shop, where they quickly and professionally fixed it for $250.
