Great company! Great people to work with! We had different company install a new furnace a year and a half ago and move our Aprilaire humidifier to the new furnace. The humidifier didn't work and the other company grudgingly returned to make it "work". It ran, but it never brought acceptable humidity levels to our home. Brian, from Hansen HVAC, came a couple of days ago and immediately recognized a wiring problem and knew what to do and spent the time to re-wire the furnace/humidifier connections. When our heat was out, who was on the scene? Tracy with Hansen HVAC! What an absolute legend. He came to our rescue, after hours, in below freezing weather. Professional, kind, quick(and handsome to boot), Tracy's the MAN! It's never fun to have to call for heating repair, but if it ever happens again, we hope Tracy will be on the job.
We had a heating emergency and were experiencing a second ice age today on the coldest night of the year so far. We called our property management and within 30 minutes Tracy was at our door with a smile and got straight to the problem. He got the issue fixed and double checked everything else to be sure our unit was functioning as optimally as possible. He was friendly, fast, professional and gave us lots of tips to help us save some money in the future. Thanks so much Tracy and Hansen HVAC!
We arrived home from our Holiday travel at 1am to find our furnace was not working and 50’ in our house! We called Hansen HVAC at 8 am the next morning and Tracy was here in an hour. He was polite, thorough, and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. We signed an annual service contract the next day because of their excellent service. Thanks Tracy!
Tracy came out to my house to check out why my heat was not circulating. He wasted no time troubleshooting the issue and was able to get the needed parts extremely fast. Install was quick and clean, he even took the time to clean up our furnace because it has so much construction debris. I will absolutely use Hansen HVAC in the future.
