First, they started building my house last year, August 2021. We should have started a lot sooner but their mortgage company, cross country mortgage, screwed me and delayed my closing by months. We did not close until July 2021 and we started the application process in December of 2020. They said it would take a few months to close which was great but as the months went on. Hansen Homes was terrific! My wife and I were informed of Hansen Homes from our realtor, Rachel Pednekar from MVP Realty. We initially met with Cindy in their showroom and within minutes we both got a positive vibe that this was going to be the builder of our new home. I am a neighbor to a Hanson Home being built. I have read some negative things online. I had some damage to my Lanai where it looked like someone backed up into it. Not terrible damage but noticeable and needed to be fixed. I reached out to Hanson Homes and spoke with them, letting them know that I think it might have been one of their construction crews. Very happy with my Hansen home, have recommended multiple people to them over the last few years. Good prices and good customization. There are probably a few things I would have changed or added after the fact but overall I love it and would definitely build another if I hit the lotto. Probably would have gotten pavers instead of concrete driveway, more roof ridge vents, minor changes. Mine was built during Covid so it was a struggle but it got done in 4 months so I was impressed.
One word! AMAZING! Thank you, Hansen Homes, for a wonderful experience and my beautiful home. The entire build process was beyond amazing from start to finish.
